Mac n Cheese Recipe:
Ingredients:
-1 pound of pasta (elbow macaroni or any other pasta of your choice)
-2 cups of shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella or a mix of both)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until it is al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
2. Preheat the oven to375°F.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta and1 and1/2 cups of shredded cheese. Mix well until the cheese is evenly distributed.
4. Transfer the pasta and cheese mixture to a baking dish.
5. Sprinkle the remaining1/2 cup of shredded cheese on top of the pasta.
6. Bake the mac n cheese in the preheated oven for20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Remove the mac n cheese from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
